How to Update Your BT Home Hub Firmware

Click Device, then Device Management, then Firmware Update.
If an update is available, you will see a message saying \"A new version of firmware is available\". Click Update Now and follow the instructions.
The update may take several minutes to complete. Do not turn off or disconnect your Hub during this process.
You can also check the current firmware version of your Hub from its web interface by going to Status, then Firmware Version.

Restore

Click Device, then Device Management, then Backup & Restore.
Click Browse. Navigate to the saved configuration file, then click Open.
